PTFE presintered resin is a white granular PTFE resin obtained by suspending PTFE resin by pressurizing, high temperature sintering and pulverization. It has various excellent properties of PTFE. Because it is pre-sintered, it has good fluidity and high apparent density, and is suitable for plunger extrusion molding with high extrusion pressure. Bars with a diameter of 5 to 4 pmm and pipes with a wall thickness of 3 to 25 mm can be obtained with pre-sintered resin.

Application:
The products are post-processing by molding powder(medium particle). The products are used to rods, tube and special shape etc.
Packing, storage and transportation:
Packing: PTFE is packed in double layer PVC bags inside and in hard circular barrels outside. On the barrel, there should be attached label and quality certificate, on which there are brand, trademark, executive criterion, type, grade, lot No. and net content, pack date, checker, packager.
Net Weight=25kg/barrel
Storage: PTFE should be stored in a clean,cool and dry warehouse to prevent from dust and moisture mix into material.
Transportation: The products are transported according to non-dangerous products. Heat, moisture, freezing and strong-shock should be avoided during transportation to avoid the breakage of packing. Over-bumpiness and compression is apt to make the resin bind together.
